“What a great experience we have had with Mint! We own a Canada Goose model and had it built during the pandemic. We patiently waited for the boarders to open so we could visit during the build process but they didn’t open until after our home was delivered to us. With that said, to aid in the process, Connor from Mint FaceTimed us and gave us a virtual tour of the warehouse and showed us how our build would happen in stages before and during our build, allowed us to customize various aspect of our home, walked us through payment options, sent us pictures and videos every step of the way, and in the end, arranged for our custom tiny house to be delivered to our first location in Central Valley, CA. Our delivery driver stayed and showed us how to level our home, safety features, our initial move-in walk-thru, and went over our ownership guides and registration steps for the US. Since then, they have been super responsive with questions and resolving concerns. We’ve been in our tiny for 3 years, and recently had to have a plumbing repair. I called Mint and they still walked us through and assisted us when we called. Our U.S. plumber kept complimenting on how well our home was built and how he was impressed at how responsive Mint was, and that I was able to get someone on the phone quickly. We’ve moved our home countless times across the country, from the Western to now Eastern U.S. and our home is still holding strong. We would buy from Mint again if given the chance!
